Friday 12 February:

19.00 hrs Receipt and delivery of accreditation to participants until 00.00hrs  in the lobby of hostal L’Aüt d’Erill la Vall.
From 00.00 hrs the organization will leave a map with the location of the rooms and the names of the occupants.
22.00 hrs. Video -projection
Saturday 13 February:

07.00 hrs. Breakfast at the hostel L’Aüt until 09.00 hrs.
08.00 hrs Presentation of Meeting: information on the state of their sectors and waterfalls, activities program, a meeting point for the organization and doubts.
10.00 hrs. Planned activities:
Test of material provided per partner and brands assegurada practices in the cascades of the sectors of the Roques Negres and Salt del Mandril Cantera (until 15.00 hrs).
10.30 hrs. Safety clinic / progression on ice ( first round / two groups ).
12.30 hrs. Safety clinic / progression on ice ( second round / two groups ).
18.30 hrs Projection.
20.30 hrs. Closing dinner at the restaurant  CASA PEY (Boí).
22.30 hrs Draw gear
Sunday 14 February:
07.00 hrs. Breakfast at the hostel L’Aüt until 09.00 hrs.
10.00 hrs. Planned activities:
- Test of material provided per partner and brands assegurada practices in the cascades of the sectors of the Roques Negres and Salt del Mandril Cantera (until 12.00 hrs).
11.00 hrs. Competition ice climbing speed – Roques Negres. Preliminary until 12.00hrs.
12.00 hrs. Competition ice climbing speed.  Final until 13.00hrs.
13.00 hrs. Award ceremony of the competition.
15.00 hrs. Close of the meeting
